how much will this effect the selection process?
cuz like wat if they put an alright one but not compared to others?????

I don't think that you put the predicted UAI on your app, do you?

I haven't started applying yet. And I probably won't apply to UNSW anyway, but it will only be judged on your real UAI in the end.

The only UAI prediction you add to your application ... that I know of is UWS medicine ... i think xD

our careers adviser is giving us all 99 uai. Having a majorly high predicted uai will definitely increase your chances of getting an interview, but i'm pretty sure that if you actual uai is below the cut-off, no matter how high your predicted uai is, then they definitely won't accept you.

my school is soo stupid when it comes to things that help students....geez! today i went to the principal for the predicted uai thing and he looks at me and then asks....what do u think ur gonna get redom?.....that is ur name right? *looks down at application*.....umm mid 99s sir! ( u know i thought ill bullcrap abit lol).....and then his like ok...ill just circle 98 then....THEN HANDS IT BACK TO ME!.....geez what kinda cheapo prediction is that?...based on the way i look!

hahah another freind of mine got <90...cause he said he wasnt doing well as he hoped! and didnt have his shirt tucked in!....ARNT they supposed to look at reports? AND HELP the students?....hahah im no shot at this now

the predicted uai is just a tool unsw uses 2 interview ppl who will potentially do well enough in their uai and umat to get an interview.

if your actual uai is not up to scratch, u will b culled from the list of applicants, even if you've already had your interview.

if your predicted uai didn't get you an interview but your actual uai would have, you will get a late round interview, and have a shot at getting in that way.
