Hey. I've gotten offers from both universities but I'm still confused about which one to ultimately pick. Any advice?

In terms of rankings, I'd say that UNSW is probably the better pick. However, you also need to factor in travel time, and how convenient each campus is to get to. UTS is right in the middle of the city, whilst UNSW is in Kensington. Also, do you have any scholarships from either? This may influence your decision.
Ultimately, to get a graduate job where you get your degree isn't as important as what you did. Being involved in societies, having projects and getting pretty good grades is more important to an employer than just getting into a 'good' uni.

UTS is trash
There is no easy to way to compare universities. The best way would go through handbook of each subject.
A good general rule of thumb you can use to see if any weird software that is taught i.e. software that is proprietary (cost money to use) e.g. MATLAB or very few people use e.g. KNIME.
If you have not studied programming before, then I recommend studying it through some online course such as Udemy or Coursera. University can be a bit rushed.
