Hi guys, I was just wondering what's the quality of the teachers and the quality of the facilities at UNSW are? are they good in comparison to UTS.

I've been around these UNSW forums for awhile and I don't recall anyone in particular here who is a member of the Faculty of the Built Environment.
As for its lecturers/tutors, can't help. You'll probably have to ask around elsewhere.
As for its facilities, take a walk inside the first couple of the levels in the Red Centre sometime (not the Maths department side near the UNSW global office) and you'll see for yourself.
