hey guys, wats the best way for entering UOW? im not sure if im gonna pull the uai wat i need im averaging 70-75 out of my overall assessments at school.My subjects are SDD, Economics, Eng Adv,Gen Maths,Legal Studies. I want to do B Computer Science. Wat marks u reckon i wil need in the final HSC to get my aim. Im aiming for a UAI of 80!

I got in with a UAI 3 points below what I needed. And I didn't have the bonus points because although I live within the boundaries I went to school way out of them.

And I think people also got in with even lower UAI's than I did, so even if you miss the cut off you might still get accepted depending on how many places are left over in the course.

I heard that someone who got about 5 points below the UAI for entry, turned up to the enrolment day and asked if there were any places available in B. Internet Sci and they let him in.

It's not uncommon to get 15 below the cutoff and still get accepted.

As long as you can pay I don't really think they give a nugget.
