ok i just want to make sure what i know is right....
if there was a case of the accused having possession of drugs, or something to do with drugs... would that be heard in the drug court??

and also if the accused was charged with assault, would they go to the local court aswell? to determine the minor offences?

nice, thank you soo much, i'll need this for future reference.... i had my assessment today, did well.... but yeh didnt know much about the drug court, and the teacher really didnt include it while we are discussing the court structure for criminal law.... he soughta skimmed over it yet he put it in the exam???

i guess thats where the extra studying comes in...
