Using stock photography in HSC work (1 Viewer)

I'm using a stock photo I found at sxc.hu in one of my works and I was wondering if this was allowed?

I'll be referencing that this is in fact a stock photo in my VAPD and the license agreement states for the photo states that it can be used in these types of situations.

Will the BOS have any issues with this?

No issue what so ever, unless you're submitting it as your major work lol
