I hear that Sydney University has a dodgy economics/business faculty.
Is this true?

It's not exactly dodgy, far from it
I mean, its the most prestigious uni in Australia basically
In terms of quality of education, yes there are way better Commerce and Economics faculties out there

I was at an investment banking thing last nite. Asking questions from the people in charge of recruiting at JP Morgan, Deutsche, UBS and Macquarie. They basically said that you can't really come with much better qualifications than usyd (i spose unsw as well, but as i was usyd they specified that to me). So dodgy, no, wouldnt say that.
