USYD or Monash? (Design Computing/Interactive Media) (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

I'm and international student and I'm having trouble deciding between USYD or Monash for their Design Computing/Interactive Media major respectively. I'm also planning to minor on software dev for both unis.

Which school do you think is better for the studies I'm taking and what is the community like there?

Aren't both in different states? Monash also has a good ranking, USYD in terms of ranking alone is only a bit better. I wouldn't move to a different state just for such a minor difference, so if I had to choose between the two I would pick the one which is in my state as both seem to be good and reputable.
