Congrats to all! Scuse me for asking, but what's a merit scholarship as opposed to an entry? And are scholarships only classified in this way at USYD?

entry = 1 yr, $6000
merit = duration of your degree (with 5 years maximum), $6000 per year.

Yeah, if you check out the combined law degrees at USyd, there's alot of combinations, but half of them fall under the arts faculty even though they're not arts. Bah.

She just said it was for Civil Engineering at USyd, but didn't say anything more specific :/

^ well certainly not for merit or entry anna - interviews are reserved only for sciences and agriculture.

Ah good. For a while after the phone call i was like "Oh don't tell me that was for merit/entry scholarships" lololol

was just thinking i applied for a usyd pharmacy scholarship but I only recently did stat (i.e. ydai xD). Would I be right in thinking that they are waiting to see if I cross the 150 limit before they shortlist me?
