I studied there a few years ago as an international student. It was a very international environment. I did Arts Foundation there, and they taught us how to write essays and reports, and taught us certain things which helped my current uni studies, stuff they taught us there also helped me to pass my citizenship test, and I'm doing Arts/Law at UWS. But then, it also depends on which stream of studies you want to take. In Foundation, there are Arts, Business, Science, and perhaps IT, too.
Staff members were friendly, small classes, had discussions on Australia's multiculturalism, Australia's history and contemporary society, etc.
And before you enroll, better think about which uni and which discipline you want to get into.
