Many people THINK they know what they're talking about in relation to weight training. However, most of the time they are wrong in their assumption.

And you can tell the difference between people who train and those who don't even when they have clothes on. This can be emphasised by tighter fitting clothes also! :p

best thing is to get a fitness consultant assess you and set you up on a program - different things work for different people I suppose.
