Lol, I see that other IT classes have been doing shitall as well, wish we were allowed to DotA in our classes though, what we did was we got on the computers, opened Word and just stared at them. In the same boat as most of you as well, we bought the Excel textbook and I've just been reading parts of that for study.

9 of the core topics in Cert II carry over to Cert III. So essentially you have an understanding of just over half the course work for Cert III.

alternatively you can skip Cert III and go straight for Cert IV which looks at more serious computing

Curiousity Question Peeps,

What sort of documentation did you all receive to say you got CERT II.
We got a list of compentencies and a letter attached saying if you require more detailed information (or something) please contact the school.

Is that weird?
Wouldn't i just want all the documentation?

hey can someone help me with this MC question, (its from a past paper)

Using the edit function of a word processor, how many changes would occur in the text below after executing the command "FIND" "in" and "REPLACE" with "it"?

A career in IT can include support, programming, hardware maintenance or system analysis. All fields are a basis for later management roles if further training is undertaken.

the choices are 1,2,4 or 6.
the answer is 2 but im not sure why

I didn't know this question either.
But i came to the conclusion that because include was there. It was 2. Because its at the start of a word.
But please correct me if i am incorrect.
