i know i asked this before, but i need the answer again

should i study or not? its not in the syllabus...

It may not be specifically in the syllabus, but it is however relevant in answering questions regarding the criminal process. Or even in demonstrating the effectiveness of law reform. You don't need to know it in detail, just know the Victims Legislation (Amendment) Act 23/6/04 and how it permits victims of crime (or their representatives) to read a Victim Impact Statement in court. Then just a sentence as to how its effective I guess.
