From cambridge ex 6.3: The bse of a particular solid is x<sup>2</sup> + y<sup>2</sup> = 4. FInd the volume of the solid if every corss section perpendicular to the x axis is a parabolic segment with axis of symmetry passing through the x axis and height the length of its base.

I've done by using simpson's rule to find the area of the parabola bits then integrating but i keep getting 32pi/3. Answer 256/9. It would be great if someone could help me out...thanks :)
