can anyone tell me what foods are good to eat just before exams? 1/2 yearly's start tomorrow so i want to be at my best.
also, when does UAC guide come out for this year?

thats like massive undernourishment o_O il do the egg one but i dont eat seafood hahaha miss picky :p

If you don't eat seafood because you dislike the taste, there are fish oil tablets/pills you can swallow, which provide you with omega-3 fatty acid brain energy :)
Great for concentration, and for other parts of body etc.

yeah tuna is good because of the omega 3 and the protein. same goes with eggs and protein. they're good before exams. lol i'm so glad half yearlies are over. good luck

i am just utterly clueless what to eat...and fish seems to be the best bet. but not up for breaking a 11 year dietry choice just for my HSC and i dont like eggs either???
help

are you a vegan or a vegetarian?
if you still eat other dairy stuff or lots of protein layed food like yoghurt or chese and tomato on rice crackers or something.
or if your a vegan eat lots of nuts cos theyre protein laden.
protein is good.
