Probably. If you have a pin you can get in earlier, or you can call security to let you in (provided you show your ID).

The tower is open 24 hours (or so I was told), but other buildings you need clearence to enter after hours. Where are you going, and what do you want to do there?

i always get a good window set level 3 next to a concrete piller +window...
otherwise i would go to level 5 since it's quiet and barely nobody goes up cus it's too hard to climb the stairs! lol
