OK, ive seen ppl posting bout these dictaphone things, and ive done a search for them on google D), cant find anything except medical instrument sites .....

SO ... whats the products name and were can i get one

BTW this im talkin bout that software that can change text to audio or something ....

Windows XP/2k has text-to-speech. It's called narrator. You can get it by going Start->Programs->Accessories->Accessability->Narrator, or just hold down the windows key and press 'u'.

You should also have a microphone attached and configured...

Why do you need a microphone? It's text-to-speech - not speech-to-text.
