Update: I emailed the uni through the just help thingo, and they reset my password, which now works. yay!

Then the next thing i did was log in, change password, and reroute the email address to one of my gmail accounts - no point in having to check 6+ email accounts separately!

How did you reroute?
Is this for Web CT or estudent?

To reroute the firstname.lastname@students.mq.edu.au email address:

Log into my mq
Hit "launch mail"
Go to the options tab
Settings tab
mail forwarding (at the bottom)
Type in forwarding email address, tick appropriate boxes

Simple Not sure if you can for webct and estudent - but if everything gets sent to the student email, then it should all be forwarded...i think!
