I dont know flash-language, yet I want to try to build a flash website.

I had a play-around with this program called A4Desk, which was really fun - but I do not want to pay money.

Is there any free program I can use that will let me publish my website, using flash, but doesnt require me to know flash?

Cheers,
Ac

does it have to be flash? I know flash action scripting almost like the back of my hand, but id never use it to bulid a website. I hate to say it but if you dont wanna pay for a program try downloading Taco (If you have a Mac). If you are looking for someone to build a site of you (whetehr it be in flash or whatever) then that will cost you money also unless you happen to be friends with them. You could try geosites or just type in free web hosting into google and see what you get. Thats all I can recommend

Well, there's a program called Swish (and Swishmax) but they both cost money *wink wink*... but they're pretty much for Flash n00bs... I find it's interface to be like an advanced version of Powerpoint with the animation & Flash's timeline. Basic flash knowledge is still required I think~

Well no, it doesnt HAVE to be flash. I just thought it would be more interesting. The current site: www.UNSWChessClub.cjb.net I made with html and though relatively solid, is pretty boring....

Any ideas for making it more happening... I taught myself html, so I dont know advanced stuff.

Is there a cool menu program maybe?

Cheers,
Ac
