Has anyone looked at the 2009 sydney girls trial paper? One of the question is:
Find the equation of an odd mimic polynomial with least degree and has a double root at -1 and triple root at 4.
I think the answer is just
^3 \left ( x+1 \right )^2)
But the the solution is like says: (I can't see why, doesn't make any sense)
^3 \left ( x+4\right )^3 \left ( x-1\right )^2 \left ( x+1\right )^3)
