What are some easy first year subjects without prereqs to do in second semester? (1 Viewer)

As above, I need to do about 3 easy subjects so I boost my GPA so I can transfer by end of semester.

What do people recommend for cheap, easy, no prereqs (I'm in BA - psych) to do? Besides ISYS123. I need to get 3 credits and a distinction.

ha mktg101 = complete waste of time, mad easy though.

try a phil subject, mind meaning and metaphysics was sweet. intro to formal logic if you like really simple maths stuff.

Guys thanks for all the replies, but I am doing BA - Psych.. therefore I cannot do any BBA subjects or ACCG subjects which I would LOVE to do because I wanna transfer to business.

Also yeah I would do Marketing 101 but I need second semester subjects. I have heard ELS203 is easy (science of sex) is easy?

In fact, it doesnt even need to be first year, it can be second year but it needs to be in second semester!

The only qualifying prereq I have atm is 12cp! And dont even have a 2.0 gpa because I got PC last sem and my non-award subjects don't count towards gpa even though I got distinctions.

So far I've got... psy105, phil134 (I have already done isys123 and stat170 would prefer not doing them again).

Can you guys tell me what the nature of ANTH105, and DEM127 are? Are there alot of writing/essays as I'm not really good at that.

anth150 only had 2 short essays. Both were 1200-1500 words. Topics were pretty good, both essays they supplied the readings for us. When I did it the first essay was basically answering the question, what is love? and the second one they give you an option of about.. 6 questions.

The tutorials are just discussion of the weeks readings, no presentation, no questions etc.

The exam is a 50 multiple choice exam. Dead easy.

Just lectures, for MOST subjects. I know some ppl doing law have tutes on the first week.
