What are the chances of HSC or Trials asking for 2 related text for your essay?


So total of 3 texts incl. prescribed. Is it good to prepare a 3 texts essay because most of the essay questions seem to be asking at least 1 related text.

I've had one of my trial questions ask for 2, and apparently they can ask up to 3, so have atleast 2 prepared... and with some they may say "Atleast 1" so just use 1

Depends if your teacher wants to be an arse. I would recommend asking your classmates, whether they have prepared two related texts, because in reality if the teacher knows that 99% have not, he/she isn't likely to ask for two in the case that the whole class will not do well.

However i would have at least two by the HSC, because as you know it's unpredictable.

Every Area of Study paper, including my trial, has always asked for two related texts in section iii - I would definitely advise knowing 2 belonging related texts.

At my school, they have always asked for "at least ONE related text." But usually, the adv students do two anyways. So yeah, make sure you have two ORT's for belonging.

Usually it's one but two is very likely as well.
