Read earlier today;

Arundhati Roy-The Ordinary Person's Guide to Empire (Brief, but very good.)

Now reading;

Eric Hobsbawm-Age of Extremes: The Short Twentieth Century 1914-1991 (Seems up there with Mazower's 'Dark Continent' for best general 20th century history text.)

Thats high on my 'To Read' list. :)

Just finished;
Al Franken-Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them (Very funny, even if perhaps overboard in praise for Clinton. Yes, he was better than Dubya, but that isn't very hard.)

Now reading;

Ed.Rob Burns, German Cultural Studies:An Introduction

Haha, good luck. I hate that book and I've become quite open towards the Victorian Era.

I have to read "Lost In Transmission" by Jonathan Harvey. It looks really good.
It was alright. Didn't actually finish though, skipped parts here and there. Basically I kinda know what happens but missed out on some of the stuff in the middle ... which basically defies the whole point of reading lol.

Borrowed the adaptation but it was sooooooooooooooo crap.
