Just started Salman Rushdie's The Satanic Verses last night. Good bedtime reading.

Just finished Battle Royale, 616 pages in three days, awesome, awesome, awesome book. Very sad in parts though (thanks for lending, babydoll_).

I'm currently reading Jared Diamond's Collapse, which a great book, albeit rushed at times. It's nowhere near as good at Guns, Germs, and Steel, but it's still good.

Just finished reading Middlesex by Jeffery Eugenides last night, which I couldn't recommend more.

Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy
Whats that book like? I have a friend reading it at the moment and he likes it, and I have it at home but am currently reading other texts so I'd just like to hear other peoples thoughts.

By the way I'm currently finishing Mein Kampf and I'm about to start twilight of the Idols and the Anti-Christ by Nietzsche.

I've just finished Husbands by Adele Parks. I've been dying for it, and finished it in two days :( So I'm going to re-read Memoirs of a Geisha for the fifth time.

I need more books dammit!
