i'm doing lib studies, but i'm doing inventing modernity 2nd semester.
is that the only english electives you're doing? or are you doing like fiction, film and power too?

has anyone read the phillip pullman 'dark materials' series? i'm reading the 2nd one right now, The Subtle Knife.

for the second time, i am trying to read my story by david pelzer. but i've just been given my english texts for this year so i am also starting to read 'catcher in the rye' and 'far from the madding crowd'..

it was interesting
i didn't know what to make of it really
i liked the free spirit, and the brothel in mexico at the end of touching, my fav bit.
