DEI is going to kill people. How tf u gonna let some one with below average intelligence (60.8 atar) in ur medicine course? no wonder why usyd is full of leftards. "He's aboriginal which means we should have lower standards for them" This is also indirectly racist

lol - thanks for pointing out my misunderstanding. I really couldn't understand how the median could be so low

so looking at the website it seems to imply that you must do maths advanced, chemistry and biology at HSC to get into med at USyd?
- so if someone got 99.95 but had done physics instead of chemistry or biology would they really get rejected?
i have heard of people who got 99.95 and got rejected

anyway maths adv prereq is leaving, and chem/bio is only assumed knowledge (you can enter without) and only for the med science stream for ur undergrad which u dont have to do, like i have a friend doing maths/comp sci before in the bsc part of her bsc/md, its up to the person
