Hmm, not technically just NOW but in the last week or so:
Red top $13
White shorts (long shorts, heh) with red stripes $25
White cotton linen pants $30 - I call them my capoeira pants
All from SES.
Also went to Priceline today and bought a big pink inflatable exercise ball because it was only $4.50 and they make awesome seating.
Oh! A 2gb memory stick for the camera, $70 or something, rargh.

Will be buying books and hopefully clothes later today.

- black satin ballet flats $30. i figured since i'm really only going to use them for work and possibly going to the pub i didn't need to get anything expensive. not that i would have had the money. *waits impatiently to start job*
- small black leather tote bag $30. because i felt like it and i need a less-giant bag for uni.
-too much alcohol last night, $unknown. i think it was about 40 bucks. whatever it was, only 2.40 remains of it, somewhere in my jeans pocket. yay hangover.

On Friday I went shopping at Birkenhead Point.
-2 pairs of shoes (one was black with a kitten heel, the other a bronze/silver stiletto).
-A bag (same colour as the stiletto)
-A dress (it's purple and orange - it's a lot nicer than it sounds)

Went to DFO. Saw a muslim woman wearing the full-on black gear, and she was checking out the kinky underwear in bras n things. I thought that was great.

Anywho.
Bought myself a medium sized black shiny fake croc suitcase on wheels. It's fabulous and SO much easier to transport than the family suitcases.
Bought a medium-large billabong handbag. I want it to serve as both carry on luggage and an all purpose handbag when I go to Japan.
Also bought some musk and sandalwood soap.
Now the only money I have is destined for Japan. I'll have to live on like $5 a week until december.

Mum bought me 3 long-sleeved shirts and a jacket from Rip Curl, as well as a big fat Roxy bomber jacket. It's greenish with a white furry hood trim and it's SO WARM. Marked down from $130 to $75. I'm not going to freeze my ass off!

A few things I still need to buy include woolly socks and maybe some nice warm tights to wear under thermals. If I can find gloves I'll get some too.

I went to buy some flats from Payless and they were all fairly shite. I just don't get along with flats for some reason. So tired now, I have my last exam on Friday, but I can't be bothered to study, but yay!

blue wool jersey karen walker dress

my next purchase will be tan coloured louboutins... i saw them at myer and i honestly fell in love.

the only thing is: i always get black marks on my light coloured shoes, and i SIMPLY CANNOT let this happen to these ones.

any tips? like a stain-proofer?

i'll try and find pics of them.

You're getting THE shoes?

Oh my God I'm so jealous of you right now. One day I'll save enough money to justify the purchase.
yeah, after all that talking, i'm actually going to buy them.
i figure, i've been working full time for almost a year, and i can finally afford to buy something really nice.

i also punished myself for getting a rail fine 2 weeks ago by not allowing myself to go shopping for a while, so i have money to spare now.

i really like the satin ones, but i think it would probably be smarter to get them in leather. i mean, its not as if i can just get a new pair if i accidently wear them in the rain, spill marinara on them etc...
