What do schools give to BOS? (2 Viewers)

Hey guys,

Just wondering what else schools are required to submit to BOS. I've heard that they send in ranks and marks. With regards to marks, do they send in the marks you achieved from your internal assessment or are these marks scaled and then sent in?

All schools send in is one whole mark per student per subject which is determined from the assessment tasks. Schools may adjust the assessment marks but must maintain the relative gaps between the students.

From this mark the BOS determines the ranks that are published on Students Online after all HSC exams are completed for students to check. The BOS doesn't publish the actual marks but the ranks.
