I WAS liking Bio until our teacher left :(

The new teacher is nice and she tries hard... But without our old teacher things arnt the same...

Its a very interesting subject and will be helpful for later life

Biology is really not that EASY!!!!....

The amount of work you have to put to get the result is totally differernt. I do all three sciences and definately find biology the hardest....not in term of the theory but in term of the work put in memorising notes and notes of latin bacteria names or names of hormones. There is no understanding or very little understanding and thats where its hard.

In phy or chem, you can rely on your understanding and maybe not put so much work in memorising and in Biology u don't..

Hopefully this subject scales better this year, because last year it was terriable.

i HATED bio and did it for my HSC. i would loved to have dropped it after year 11, but to gain a UAI it was imperative i keep it. so i did, and i failed each and every assessment of bio in year 12, including trials and half yearlies...

From what I have read and heard the 2002 bio exam was in some way difficult....like it was poorly written and there were 7 mark questions for insignifcant dot points....
does anyone know if they are going to review the bio exam so that we aren't screwed too??
