What does this mean?

Major not offered at the Advanced level

and

Major offered at the Advanced level.

And like if the major is offered at an advanced level does that mean you have to do an extra year or something??

Read the faq, specifically, 'Who can enrol in Advanced units of study?'

1. Read what an advanced unit is.
2. Look at your major area.
3. If your major area has 'Major offered at the Advanced level.' , your major can included advanced units.

Unless I'm missing something, it's pretty simple...
