Any ideas on what it means? Could it have something to do with SA-HELP or HECS?
Thanks

Actually I called them up on 9385 8500 and they said that I was unnecessarily put onto the list of people who had "overdue payments" when in fact I applied for SA-HELP and Hecs Debt help. They told me that they will remove me from that list within 3 days.

Ok, cool.

I was ringing them, but they took too long to answer. Thanks

Just got this for the first time, is this happening to everyone too? I'd assume that they'll remove this in a couple of days.
