It could mean your disk is 95% full,
or your network connection is at 95% capacity
or your fish tank is 95% full.

I think you need to give us a bit more information about where the error message is from.

I don't really know. I had a lot of screens opened, I was working on my uni e-mail at the time and had just sent an e-mail. Uni e-mail says it has no limit but maybe it does. I sent another e-mail from my uni address and didn't get the message again.

uts mail , has like 50 mbs limit, so i am sure u do have a limit too and its full
