Drank water , tea.
Ate nothing until dinner; when i had: Creamy potato bake , steak diane , honey carrot , peas and some sort of pudding for dessert...
Was good to eat. Tummy hurts now though.

forgot to eat brekky (haha died during exam lol)
can of redbull beforehand though
then lunch.. cheese & salad sandwich
apple-blackcurrant just juice popper
and when i got home a handful of sunflower seeds (yummo!)

Oh gee um I forgot breakfeast and like I never eat lunch. I think I inhaled some subway on my way to work, and that made me feel really full lol! For supper I think i'll just lick a loaf of bread a few times, lol im fat I know!

I'm trying to keep my blood sugar levels up.

I also started taking 3 x Cod Liver Oil Tablet
and 3 X Ginko Bibola for memory.

McMuffins were handed down to us by the gods for just that purpose.


Today I ate
- 4 nuggets and some wedges
- salad
- water
- snakatas
- probably going to have lamb shanks for dinner, in some sort of delicious vegetable sauce
- dessert is a mystery atm also
