it's been a gr8 day


porridge
2 samiches:
wholemeal bread, chicken, lettuce, avocado, mayonnaise
celery and peanut butter
almonds
about to have some tea
then boiled eggs on toast for dinner
then ice cream :)
then more tea.

brekky: banana, tub of vanilla yoghurt, tea

mid morning: coffee, another banana

lunch: tuna salad (cucumber, beetroot, carrot, corn, chickpeas, bean mix stuff) and a mug of peppermint tea

afternoon: mandarin, apricot muesli bar

on the train home: apple, raspberry muesli bar

dinner: steak, vegies, chips

dessert: icecream and tea

pretty good day IMO

lunch: a burger from grill'd burgers (darling harbour), hot chips with herb mayo dipping sauce, bottle o'water.

dinner: chicken mediterranean salad from nandos.

snack: 5 choc chip biscuits.

Nah, calorie wise, even generally, that's not that much. Fatty food fills you up quickly and keep you full for a while so you tend to eat less which is how people lose weight on a high fat diet.
Plus, it's winter so your metabolism will be increased.

yesterday:
breakfast: huge bowl of porridge, banana, juice
lunch: (I had a fucking 30 minute lunch break in a 6 hour day of work. not enough time to eat) 2 sandwiches on pumpkin bread with chicken, avocado, lettuce, mayonnaise. Handful of almonds.

2 jelly snakes
small cup of ice cream
apple
black currant juice
3 doritos
something else... iono what
chicken stir fry for dinner
yoghurt for dessert

today:
yoghurt and muesli
protein shake
ice cream
egg salad sandwith
diet coke

friday - a pie
saturday - baked beans on toast, bacon and egg roll
- subway meatballs with bacon at 6am
sunday - 1 fish cocktail and a smash handful of chips and gravy
- 2 30/50g packets of chips

trying not to eat crap because I've done fuck all exercise these holidays and I feel all bleh.
