Hey kfnmpah yeah no worries, I'll think of a few to give you. That mloukhieh stuff that I had last night? It's very seasonal and you won't find the leaves in normal stores. Lol they look like marijuana leaves, only sold at arab stores. there are heaps of easy Arab dishes to make.
I'll post some later on :)

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: I dunno, probably more of the stuff that I had for dinner last night.
Dinner: yet to be decided.

I baked some orange muffins, they surprisingly came out better than expected.

Barely lol.
I woke up at 10:30 yesterday. Today I woke up at 6 then slept in again till 8:00.
I eat three meals a day. I used to eat a lot less, but I used to eat more crap. I just eat healthy now.

See, my step mum does the cooking at home and so I eat what everyone eats during the week. On the weekends I'm with my mum and she doesn't cook, she just buys us fast food for breakfast (most of the time), lunch and dinner. That's two days a week where I'm poisoning my body with fast food rubbish. During the week, I try to eat healthy because I feel like shit after the weekend.

okay easiest arab food to make is probably dips.
Youve got two main arab dips, theyre baba ghanouj and hommous.
some yummy drinks: jaleb (its a thick molasses made from dates which you then mix with water and you just put some pine puts on top and voila!, mawarad and mazaher (these are made from flowers...again theyre like a molasses, just add water to them)
salads: youve got your tabbouli (so overrated..) and there's fattoush (that stuff is the best!)
main dishes: arab food is easy to make because all the stews revolve around the same few basic ingredients which are garlic, onion, olive oil, corriander, tomatoes and tomato paste.
the easiest arab dish to make is probably bazella (and its the yummiest!)
there's mloukhieh, though thats more of a seasonal dish.
kafta is super easy to make. there are a few different dishes that you could make out of this meat btw.
we've also got stuffed zuchini and eggplants and vine leaves which you could make vegetarian style or meat style (note that the zuchini and the eggplant are supposed to be stuffed with meat and rice)
do you want me to pm the exact way of cooking these or should i just post them up on here?

breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
lunch: mloukhieh stuff.
i scabbed some yoghurt from my baby sister.
i had one of my orange muffins.
dinner: fattoush mmm...

Yeah most recipes are on the internet, if you're unsure about how to make something let me know. there are usually easier ways of preparing certain dishes than what they tell you online lol.

Breakfast: cereal
