Breakfast: bowl of milk (250ml), oats, 1scoop of protein powder, handfull of sultanas.
Lunch: large double quarter pounder meal with choc thickshake as drink, a chicken and cheese burger.
Napped, missed dinner.
Now: 500ml milk with a scoop of protein powder, toasted crunchy peanut butter and honey sandwich, 500ml milk with milo, a bana.

Terrible.

lol omar jan you need to eat more than 3 meals a day
just buy a big bag of almonds they have ALL the calories


not as bad as my eating has been i have been eating less than 50g protein a day lol. heaps less.

whatever don't even care run at me

decided to note down on my ipod what i ate.

Breakfast 7:20am
2 eggs scrambled
2 slices toast
500ml milk, 2 sachets coffee, milo

Lunch
1/4 chicken, salad (tasted shit didn't eat it all)

Another lunch
Dare mocha
Schnitzel sandwich
(i was close to tears while eating this since i was already full)

Dinner
plate full of rice, chicken (not sure quantitites)

then later i'll have 500ml milk with 40g protein powder and a banana.

probs still not enough.
having a big breakfast makes me full for the rest of the day. strange.

500ml breakfast.
600ml dare ice mocha milk.
500ml just now with protein powder.
i take in 500ml doses. probably because i have a mug that has a 500ml volume but also so i dont barf.

Ate a sandwich for breakfast and lunch. Small packet of grain waves. Apple. Slice of pizza. Had baked fish with lemon for dinner.

crunchy nut w/ milk
half large pack of kettle chips
apple and walnut scroll from bakers delight
chicken pastie
300 mL chocolate milk
slice of chocolate fudge
dinner in crows nest
salt and pepper calamari and octopus
half a chicken pizza
some pasta
bruschetta
calzone dessert

i had a super delicious and healthy day yesterday

breakfast
-protein shake
- 1/ cup oats made with skim milk with cinnamon, stevia, strawberries and 1/3c. fat free natural yogurt on top (this is a stellar combo)
mt: apple
lunch:
1/2c. brown rice, 4 egg whites, chilli sauce, greek salad (with goats cheese instead of feta)
protein shake
dinner:
roast vegetables salad (pumpkin, sweet potato, baby spinach, olives, onion, feta, heaps of delicious shit i don't even know) and chicken
dessert: skim iced coffee with cream

nomnomnom
