3am kebab run - chicken kebab + water. these guys make the best fucking kebabs i have ever had, no joke. and i'm not just saying that because i was inebriated and starving.

breakfast - bout 3 cups of tea

lunch - 2 minute noodles, water and a handful of grapes

dinner - homemade pizza

Plane food breakfast: fruit bun, dim sims, dumplings, noodles, tub of yoghurt, few melon bits, coffee, orange juice.

Lunch: 2 mini chicken wraps, small fries, medium coke from Maccas.

Dinner: Chicken and potato curry, vermicelli, fried noodles.

Dessert: Cadbury mint choc icecream, cup of iced chocolate.
