The best things are more than 20% fat.
Doritos, cookies, cupcakes, chocolate, icecream et cetera.

Today I've had
more cinnamon toast
pumpkin soup
lemon, orange, pineapple, raspberry and strawberry +sorbet + ice
2 sausages + bread

I plan on eating-
carrot/cucumber/carrot sticks
delicious corn on the cob
maybe some sorbet and a frozen yogurt stick.

so, is less than 20% fat ok? I have this pack of almost 20% fat cookies (packed with lots of nutrients, I think it's the oil and nuts/seeds that are making up its fat content) that I really want to finish soon. If I finish it I would not think about eating it. I do not want to throw it away and I cannot think of someone suitable to give them to right now.
Why dont you eat them at different times during the day? or you could eat 4 pieces today, and finish off the rest the day after, etc.
