additional dinner: 1 and a half sandwiches of beef mince bolognese with some spicy mashed potato thing and some cucumber slices.

2 bacon and egg sandwiches with toasted wholemeal bread

half a hot cross bun @ UNSW

5 bottles of water

4 glasses of milk

alot of spaghetti

like 15 chicken chippees with chilli sauce

might go and eat 2 tuna sandwiches now :eek:

1/2 Monte Carlo

breakfast: vegemite sandwich, mocha.

lunch (more like second breakfast..): 2 egg omelette, 3 slices of buttered toast.

dinner: McChicken burger (plain boring one), pasta with beef mince bolognese.

love breakfast at all times, i worship shops that have "all day breakfast" signs


mixture of 3 different cereals
a banana
pasta salad
fish
beef stew
probably some fruce or something later
and lots of milk in between

(i went to manly today, so dont yell at me for all the junkfood)

breakfast: mcdonald's brekkie roll, mini packet of pizza shapes (courtesy of my friend)

Lunch: a nandos classic chicken burger, max brenner chocolate lick, and went halves in a max brenner strawberry float milkshake with my friend

On the ferry back to circular quay: shared a mini packet of cheetos with my friend.

dinner: ham and cheese sandwich + orange juice


plus a hell of a lot of water throughout the day :D

not a lot today my frens

1 x chicken salad roll from Vietnamese shop
1 litre dry ginger ale
leftover chicken curry and rice (from chinese restaurant)
little pack of kettle chips
little fruit lolly snacks
spaghetti bolognaise with chicken mince
1 x tea
frozen yoghurt
1 x glass of pepsi
a little snack pack of mini biscuits

breakfast: vegemite sandwich, mocha.

lunch: sweet and sour chicken salad sandwich, 2 bottles of sparkling fizzy water (one lemon/lime/orange, other orange/passionfruit).

midway: 2 mugs of milk with milo and some funny tasting protein powder before and after workout.

dinner: pasta with beef mince bolognese

will probably eat some leb bread with half a dish of meatballs and half a dish of curried chicken later on.
