so far for breakie:

4 scrambled eggs + 4 wholemeal bread slices + vanilla protein shake (1 scoop + ~1L of skim milk)

This has been my diet (roughly) for the past few weeks. Starting to train harder. woo body sculpting ftw

Breakfast shake(8am): 1 cup of fat free, protein plus soy milk, fat free sugar free yoghurt, 2 egg whites, frozen banana, 1/2 cup of oats, some frozen berries

2nd breakfast: (9am) up and go vive

Morning tea (10:30) ham and cheese samich, another fat free, reduced sugar yoghurt

Snack: some gingerbread that was floating around the workplace

Lunch: (1:00) chicken salad with lettuce, eggplant, avocado and a little bit of potato. small scoop of chocolate gelato

gym workout :D :D :D

snack-ish type thing (7:45) a few swigs of soy milk... something else, i'm sure

Dinner (8:00) another shake. cup of soy milk, frozen banana, frozen raspberries, 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats

Dessert (9:00) cup of cookies and cream ice cream :D yum-o

lots of water.

might have some cottage cheese before i go to bed... but probably not.

EDIT: I love fitness! I've actually lost weight since i've started training andeating like this. crazy!

cinnamon tea
strawberries, apple, might finish off the chopped pineapple.

Will have a big salad for lunch since we're having takeaway for dinner


But I need to put on some weight so it's all good.

it started out so well with breakfast but we have zero nutritious food left in the house til shopping day tomorrow so just making do with what's there.

I made a big ole salad and also made some scrambled eggs with bacon and mushies.

It was guud.

Breakfast (at a cafe): Toasted Turkish Bread with Ricotta, Strawberries and Honey + Full Cream Mocha (Lactose overload :s but was so worth it).
Lunch: Home made tuna salad and two mini snickers

So far:
Tomato and cheese on toast, grillzed.
LOTS of water, and my pee is clear so i've been having enough
Shitloadz of biscuits
Fryed rice which i made, it was surprisingly good.
A chutney sandwich

For din dins i'm so gunna have creamed corn and cheese on toast under the grill.

I have been stuck in my rural house for the entiiiire weekend and food supplies are getting low.

breakfast: woke up super late and gulped down some yoghurt then grabbed an iced coffee when I got to work

morning tea: apple and a few sesame crackers

lunch: chicken salad wrap + kiwifruit + peppermint tea

afternoon tea: half a nectarine

dinner: pork chop + carrot + broccoli + boiled potato

and I just ate a strawberry

I eat so well when I'm working (comparatively speaking). The rest of the time I seem to live off nutritionally void food like red bull and biscuits :/

breakfast: omelette, 2 slices of old very boring tasting wholemeal toast.

lunch: 2 soft chicken taco's, hot chips, bottle of water.

dinner: 4 chapati's (some indian bread thingo, prefrozen ones from the shops) with spicy chicken which was marinated in some lemon thing, a strawberry.
