gymmmmmmmm. yeah, i ate the gym
2 clinket cookies
protein shake: 1 scoop protein powder, handful of frozen mixed berries, half a frozen banana, fat free soy milk, bit of vanilla essence. it was gooooood

EDIT: add 'all you can eat chinese' I had vegetables, 2 steamed dim sims and a bowl of ice cream with vanilla topping and coloured sprinkles

tandoori chicken burger.

terrible eating day... uuuuuuugh.

Shiitake mushroom tastes disgusting. I made a soup with that as the soup base. Did not eat most of it. :(

muesli bar

pea and ham soup (turns out i don't like pea and ham soup)

glass of coke

post gym protein shake

kangaroo pie with heaps of veges in it

I heaps want ice cream... heaps.

late breakfast: 1 egg omelette, some halva thing (dunno what its called in english), 4 slices of buttered toast.
lunch: pasta with mixed veges and spinach.
snack: almonds, peanuts, other nuts.
snack: banana.
dinner: rice with spinach, 7 large chicken nuggets, 4 spinach and ricotta cheese triangles.
snack: piece of chocolate.

healthy boi but a little bit naughty towards the end ;)

Breakfast: Potato Sandwich
Snack: LCM Bar, some muesli bar
Lunch: Chicken Burger (tasted crap, from the canteen, cbb walking to the shops which are a 5 min walk)
Snack: Orange Juice, followed by Chicken & Corn Soup, and Snako's Chicken flavoured Biscuits
Snack: Omelette with toast
Dinner: spinach with bread & rice (yeah me too), prawn curry.
Snack: Coffee
