Two UP & GO's (chocolate)

1x big bowl of spaghetti.

If any of you guys like Up and Go, I suggest you check out your nearest Woolies now. $2 for a 3-pack any flavour.

I just cleared out the Woolies near my place of all of its Strawberry and Chocolate Up and Go's.

they're marketed as a healthy alternative for breakfast. 'ooh so good for you just like weetbix!1'
but they're high in sugar, not enough protein, not enough low GI carbs, just sugar.

So it's basically a large energy boost initially but nothing substantial to keep going? Plus lots of sugar?
