Protein shake and 1/3 c oats made with unsweetened almond milk
95g tin of tuna
salmon with lettuce and sour cream
piece of rye bread
*swimming*
1/2 post workout shake
herrings in soup with sour cream
protein shake with berries
berries and yogurt

So many people do protein shakes x.x I'll probably get into them once I start going back to the gym after my major pig out these holidays...

- 3-4 cupcakes (I was baking today)
- 1 and a half glasses of coke
- 1.5 litres of water
- lettuce, tomato, cheese, perinaise and onion sandwhich
- sundried tomato and garlic pasta bake

Where do you buy almond milk?
I'm sure its better than rice milk. I tried it a few weeks ago, it actually looks like water. No surprises though, it is rice milk but I still wouldn't want to buy it again.

Lunch was an Arab lentils dish with some salad on the side.

I woke up at 3 so no breakfast
Left over pasta for lunch
Whole plate of seafood (prawns, scallops, oysters etc), duck, rice, tofu hotpot thing and beef on a hot-plate for dinner :D

coles has a better variety, from my experience anyway.
the one i get is "almond breeze unsweetened" it's got like 40 calories per cup which is the lowest in any milk i've ever seen. i just use it to make porridge because it's not creamy enough with water but it makes me sick if i have if with normal milk
