are you trying to lose weight or ~clean bulk~ or eat healthy

because if you're on a 'diet' but still using mayo that's dumb
condiments are the devil

i also don't get quinoa as a 'diet' food
it's calorie heavy, carb heavy and boring

you're all over the place m8
low fat mayo was for the taste (was getting bored)

and quinoa for complex carbs and fibre when I don't eat much oats.

I don't think i mashed mine enough and it tasted a little dry but definitely a nice switch up for breakfast/brunch
would probably taste better if eaten with berries or mixed with a bit of vanilla essence (according to those comments)

Proats, spicy salt and pepper tofu, this weird dish that was spicy and about 50% beef 50% intestine and chairman mao's braised pork belly. The intestine dish was incredible...am now going to hibernate on my office couch for a while.
Damn, I want an office couch.

i just had grill'd for the first time and it was terrible

burger tasted like it had heaps of cinnamon in it or something yewww
