so what do u think i should do?..
where can i find someone? since i havnt been employed before.

make sure u got some sort of story worked out with them to bullshit to tehm

maybe u cld also include ur school report or something instead of a written reference?

Just use school teachers, school reports, or if worse comes to worse, make them up.

use teachers/principal.
Ask them first to put in a good word and a contact number.
That's all you really need to do.

If you finish Year 12 HSC, you get a BoS portfolio including a school reference, which is pure gold for employers- that's if it praises your attendance, attitude, and work standards.

I had done some work but it was in England, and I could hardly expect future employers to contact an overseas number. So I put down my friend's mum, they're usually good for attesting what a nice person you are and the like. :) An adult's name, number and address looks better than a name and mobile number. If not a friend's parent, why not try a relative with a different surname?

Anyone who is not an immediate family member can write references, even your friend's sister... eww...

Usually employers can't be bothered contacting your referees and verifying how charming you are, unless you're applying for a pretty important position, like head of security or something.
