since most people are students I doubt anyone would pay more than $100 tbh, gl with it

--

as for it being leaked, I doubt they'd go to such an extreme effort to make another paper
They probably already have a back up made just in case it ever does happen :/

they are kept at police stations under high security. you would have to break in to get the exams, or somehow hijack the transportation to the schools. LOL. good luck with that, would never get away with it. HAHA

there is no way i would want to resit the hsc exam for english :mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3::mad3:
yeah I agree. Would never EVER want to resit the HSC exam for english T_T

I guess you'd be made to resit the exam. Or you'd get an option:

1. Resit the exam
2. Take your internal mark as it is.

And probably the entire security firm who is responsible for transporting the paper would get fired, then sued, and certain leakers arrested etc etc.
This here is correct.

2011 AOS paper obviously...To prove I am not lying, I will release the unseen text number 1: It's a still from the movie "baberunner", ofc being the porno version of the popular module B text bladerunner.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
but then again it's supposed to be mod A not mod B

lets discuss ideas about belonging for baberunner :p

New idea: The BOS probably writes two HSC papers - one of which is the 'back-up' just in case anything happens. If nothing happens, that 'back-up' HSC paper is perhaps then the basis for next year's HSC.

Yeah?

Yeah?
But then that's a year's worth of security that the BOS and the NSW Government have to pay for.

Actually, they're kept at undisclosed locations (ie. not police stations). Probably a warehouse in Timbuktu or somewhere. Otherwise it's just too easy to track it down.

I'm assuming whichever security company managed to score that contract knows something about security. :p

As in they write it but not actually print it. They keep it in say... a USB hidden somewhere in the BOS office =P

I said something similar to this. But the thing is, next years English has a different theme for area of study, so the paper would be irrelevant. And syllabuses get modified from year to year e.g. maths is different next year.

It happened to the CSSA English Paper a few years back. A school sat the exam early. A number of schools had to resit the exam.

In terms of leaked Trial exams.....
Sydney Boys had the 3U Maths exam leaked the night before the exam. Someone managed to get a list of the grade's emails, and selectively sent the paperto around half the grade. They didn't specify it was the 3U Trial paper that we'd be sitting the next day, so those that did open the paper at midnight just assumed it was just another past paper, and didn't think much of it.

UNTIL

Reading time. People flicking through the exam paper. Only a few people had actually bothered to look at the email, so there wasn't that much of a fuss. Two hours later, we exited the hall, and that's when all hell broke loose. Rumour went around the school like wildfire. We had to resit the exam again.

TO THIS DAY, we STILL don't know how the exam was leaked. (Original thread here - Was Sydney Boys forced to redo the 2009 HSC math exam?)

Maybe Khorne Inc can get to the bottom of this? Would be quite the story at our 5 year reunion. :p

Yeah, a heap of people got the exam emailed to them the night before from a "hushmail account" auto206440@hushmail.com.

Yer...

You peeps dont noe me but i got my hands on dis when i was snooping
around in your guys trash(how cum you guys are only throwing out
boxes and paper?).

nerly set off an alarm last nite gettin dat

its up at stashbox.org : free anonymous file hosting for your eyes to see.

Gossip Girl

xo
We're still trying to find out who it was....
That's the email some students received. So yeah, it's known as the Gossip-Girl-gate or Gossip-Girl scandal, or something along those lines at SBHS.

HSC exam papers will be tracked by satellite under beefed up security measures to protect them from theft or interference after national tests were stolen from a school earlier this year.

Board of Studies NSW has invested in state-of-the-art technology to prevent the infiltration of any test papers as the HSC gets under way for a record 72,391 students today.

The 13 million pages of exam papers and 1.75 million answer booklets will be sent to test centres across the state in hi-tech tamper-proof packaging with special bar codes that can pinpoint their location at any time.

They actually are kept at police stations, and are sealed in such a way that the examiners know if someone has tried to open them or take a look.

Cheat and don't tell anyone. Seriously, anything that betters your mark can possibly better your future credentials.

Yeah, but what if they only find out it has been leaked after the actual exam? What happens if the back-up is leaked as well? (I know, very unlikely, but still!)
