Hey guys,
So i'm interested in transferring to UNSW next year and thought i'd begin familiarising myself with the transfer process now. I've read that I have to initially apply through UAC again then if I receive an offer I may go on to apply for a credit transfer. What information will UAC ask I include in my application when I submit it as a Non-Year 12 student? Will it take into account both my ATAR (as I only graduated from high school a year ago) as well as my WAM? Also, how many credit points are required for a transfer? If i've got any misconceptions about the whole process please let me know because i'm a bit confused hahahah. Thanks! :spin:

Re: What information does UAC ask for from a Non-Year 12 Applicant? (Transferring Uni

1. If you remember your previous uac number, it is everything you did back in year 12 with the only extra being tertiary qualifications and ID number. If it is a recognised uni, uac will get the results on their own.

2. If its been a year only your gpa is taken into account.

3. You need to complete the equivalent of a full time student. so 6-8 subjects.

4. Get your official transcript/unit outline anyway because you need it for credit transfer and try to research what course may get counted beforehand because UNSW is quite stingy on credits.
