Hey! So I'm currently in year 11 (well started HSC course this term so year 12 I guess now?) and currently I am pre-preparing everything for study notes etc. and I realised I have no idea what we will be tested on in Hospitality. I remember hearing my teacher saying that not everything we will learn in hospitality will be examined but I haven't really had the time (or wanted to go) to ask her what the specific topics are tested.

Topics could be like 'Participate in Safe Food Procedures' etc.
