What is the difference between Resource Dependency & Resource-Based View? (1 Viewer)

I'm so confused of these 2 theories which are part of IHRM materials I need to learn. Can somebody help explaining the distinction of these 2?

In addition, I'm also not very clear about the Relational & Social capital theory and the Institutional theory @__@. Pleaseeee help me out!!
