What is the fate of the your notes/books?

Hi. I'm just curious to know where your notes and books will end up.

Are you going to...

sell them?
burn them?
give them away for free?
flush your notes down the toilet?
use them to learn origami?
save for the younger ones?

Same.

Although I think my Mum wants me to box them away and keep them at least for awhile either way they will be out of sight out of mind. Never know when they could be of use again either.

hi, i would to ask if you planning to sell your notes. what's the average price for a whole subject? or does that depend on your uai and perhaps, your school?

i'm going to sell my biology and business notes because i've summarised every syllabus dot point including prac experiments and case studies.

i might sell my ancient history notes too because i've written responses for basically everything in the syllabus, including responses to past papers. loads of essays too . . . oh, and a detailed timeline for the historical period. anyone interested??? hahaha.

haHHAAA. i threw all my english notes out. i never relied on the notes given in school for this subject because i went straight to BOS for resources.

ohh and i have loadsss of booklets of questions that i never did for maths.

hm . . . or i might end up recycling everything.

edit: with textbooks i'm definitely going to sell my bio excel book and my maths textbooks i never used.

I kept them for uni study--proven to be useful in the case of biology--like a whole year's worth of work saved me a dismal 5 lectures worth of notes  The others virtually zero.

Some I kept. Most I threw, in the recycling bin. I haven't seen my table this clean for years!

I haven't really thought of them much since the end of exams. :p They're still lying in a pile on the floor of my room. I'll probably recycle some out and give the chemistry notes to my sister.

Safely away out of sight in a box in my closet. I don't want to throw them away for two reasons. I put a lot of work into them and possibly, maybe, but highly unlikely a may refer to them at some stage in the future. After all you just can't function properly in society without understanding the relationship between Brave New World and Bladerunner.

had to give back my maths textbooks (not that i miss them), history textbooks and our english and drama texts... my ext 1 texts are mine though, i think i'll keep them. although im up for selling dune if anyone wants it, lol.
everything else - notes and handouts - i've either shoved into a giant yellow plastic bag and chucked out, ripped up and flushed (skrzynecki  ) or put in a folder and shoved in the back of my cupboard in case my sis wants it (bio).
edit: i kept all my history assignments. i put too much work into them to throw them away.
